Our house is called Ashley Hall and is set in its
own grounds. It has eight rooms
each one with en-suite facilities. Our house is able
to offer accommodation to independent older people
subject to assessment of the person needing the accommodation.
Our very sheltered
house may be able to accommodate your relative for
a short stay to allow some time for respite. At the
moment we do not have any vacant rooms but do call
Diane Wallace our Housekeeper/Manager on 01506 847382
to see if we have a current vacancy.
Do not all rush at
once to apply, but if you are lonely and fed up with
living on your own and coping with the endless little
problems and worries that seem to multiply when we
pass pension age, why not write to Diane for an application
form.
If you are lucky enough
to be accepted you will have
1. Your own en-suite bed-sitting
room.
2. Two main meals cooked for you.
3. Minimal heating and no lighting bills.
4. No worries about the possibility of a break-in.
5. Reduced or free TV Licence.
6. No direct Council Tax.
7. Weekly rent from £184 (Reviewed Annually)
Before you reach for
pen and paper to apply let us add the best bit of
news - reasonable rent and, if required, dss help.
You don't need to be good at sums to realise this
is value for money!
